How do I Sell, Consign, or Donate items to ReQuip?
The best way to is to fill out the online contact form here and let us know what items you would like to re-purpose, along with some details about the item(s), and we will connect with you. You can also give us a call at 800-670-5110 or drop us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org
My item is faulty or broken, would you still take it?
ReQuip accepts many items that are not working or may have missing components. Please let us know before dropping it off or scheduling a pick up to be sure the item is acceptable.
Some items ReQuip can’t accept: Chemicals, Tires, Tube TV’s & Monitors, Office & Home Furniture, Appliances
What is the cost to consign items with ReQuip?
To operate our business and help great causes, ReQuip has a 45% consignment fee. You have the opportunity to discuss our listing prices, and if you have large ticket items, we may be able to reduce the consignment fee.
How do you ship large items?
ReQuip uses 3rd Party Logistics companies to ship large or oversized items. We will notify you of freight options and costs before shipping. We can also use your preferred shipping provider.
Do I get a warranty or a return grace period on items I buy from you?
As a general rule, all items sold from ReQuip are as-is, since we do not know the history of the item. Many items are not able to be tested. When we do know the history, we will include a return policy in our listing on eBay, Craigslist or ReQuip On-Line Store.
Who do you sell to?
ReQuip sells globally to businesses and individuals by leveraging on-line E-commerce sites including eBay and Craigslist, the ReQuip Shop and ReQuip Auctions.
Is there a cap on the value of items you accept?
No, the larger value of the of the item(s), the bigger the impact we can make for Great Causes
